Hari Raya Celebration in School

  It's Raya again! Wow I waited for a whole year just to celebrate raya with my friends and family. My school had a Hari Raya Celebration and lots of amazing things happened on that day.

  First of all, we get to wear our traditional clothes! I feel so relieved that I don't have to wear my school uniform for a day. So I wore my latest baju kurung for this year's Hari Raya celebration. I never feel so comfortable wearing it! When I came to school, everyone wore their traditional clothes and all of them look stunning.

  We assembled at the hall and we get to watch a short skit showing about raya celebrations. When my favourite song that my family always play in the car, Balik Kampung by Dato' Sudirman played, everyone sang the chorus part because that's the only part we remember. The spirit of Hari Raya could be seen vividly on that day.

  After all that, we get to eat some food such as rendang ayam, mee, satay and more. It was so good I wanted to eat more but too bad I got too full thanks to the various kuih-muih served. Overall, the food tasted good and I can't wait for next year's celebration!
